well. why not try talking to him? maybe it's a quiet moment. maybe roxis stepped out somewhere, or maybe you're stopping by where you know the pair of alchemists should be, but there's only one person there to greet you.

or maybe he wants to talk to you? maybe he has questions for you? who are you people, anyway? i mean, if you stop by to talk to roxis enough eventually someone's going to wonder, probably. or maybe it's the black cat who's eyeing you suspiciously? hmm. for the record, this is the vayne option, but like, it can be the vayne and roxis option if you want.

wow it's convenient having a bird shaped soul, huh. whatever the case, maybe it's not the strangest sight, having a pale falcon circling high in the sky above, and maybe she's just curious and trying to get a general idea of the last of the land. maybe she came ahead of the rest of herself to let them know he's dropping by for a visit? they can be convinced to on request, after all...
