Freebies2deals.com is my favorite website ever! I have found amazing deals there. I was able to score some free glasses from Coastal Contacts. My family says that I am addicted to this website. They like to tease me about all my deals. But it is fun. I love getting little freebie presents in the mail all the time. :)

Such A Nice Surprise
I know I said I was done with boutiques but kids get expensive as they get older!
This boutique started yesterday and goes until Saturday. The house alone is enough to go look. It is amazing. It was an older home. They built a new one around it then slowly knocked walls down inside as they went. It is a pretty cool house.
We have our flower hair clips, head bands, hair clip holders, rocking horse, all the children s toys and this time we added the polka dot frames.

Christmas
It just wouldn't be Christmas if BJ didn't make something. This year he surprised me with it too. Maddie loves playing checkers with BJs chess game he brought back from Brazil. He made her this checkers board at work. We have to play a game every night before she goes to bed. Her Dad has been giving her pointers. I use to beat her when she first got it. Now she wins every time!
Yes we got a dog - those of you that know me are probably shocked! :) For months now all Maddie talks about are dogs. Every Monday her school class goes to the library and she brings home dog books. Well this year she wrote a letter to Santa at school and asked for a puppy and an ornament (why an ornament, I have no idea :). Well I didn't really pay attention to her letter she wrote Santa. BJ and I already bought an X-BOX Kinect for them and thats all we were going to do. On December 23 Maddie decided she wanted to buy something to give Tucker. I took her to Target to buy him a Thomas the train. While we were there she asked me if I ever wrote a letter to Santa when I was little. I told her yes. She wanted to know if they ever came true. Me being busy trying to find a train and didn't realize where this was going responded yes my letters came true. She got a huge smile on her face and said "yes! That means I am getting a puppy!" I went home and told BJ what happened. He looked at me and said "Oh crap!" (except it wasn't crap :)). He always says I am the push over but I think its really him. He was on KSL looking for dogs. Thanks to my brother in law Kelby for helping us out we were able to find Maddie a puppy for Christmas! This one that she is holding is named Hailey. The little girl where we are buying the puppy from likes to wrap her up like a doll. Maddie liked that!
When Maddie opened the controller for the XBOX she was so excited she looked up and said "What the Hell?" BJ and I looked at each other and started laughing so hard. I don't think she knew what she was saying cuz she felt dumb after she saw us laughing at her. I thought it was kinda funny though - she is such an innocent little girl!Posted by Trisha's blog at 1:30 PM 0 comments
