Wyrd Miniatures - New Releases and Plastic Annnouncement

Wyrd Miniatures announced to switch to plastic for production of their Malifaux range:

Wyrd has traditionally done all of our models the old fashion way, sculpt, mold, metal .. good to go! And it hasn't been bad for us at all. Unfortunately these last few years we've had to deal with rising metal costs as well as a horde of other issues that have for one reason or another caused us a bit of trouble that necessitated our move to plastic.

We found a fix to that and in doing so, we feel that we have seriously upped our game when it comes to quality, product and model options.

Oh, and the best part ... we're not raising our prices to do so. Better quality, more model options (heads, arms, weapons) at a better price.

Tercio Creativo started an Indiegogo fundraiser campaign for their 1650 rules:

We launched our miniatures skirmich game, 1650, A Capa y Espada ("1650, Tooth and Nail") a year ago. It’s set in an alternative history version of 17th Spanish century. In this game, you play a supporter of either the Old Regime or the New Order faction, and control a band of pawns who work for you and your faction. Your aim is to get enough power to choose the new king of Iberia and start the reconquest of the north from the Gauls who control the whole country, except for the Extremo Douro and El Purgatorio regions.
