How do I earn commissions?
Marketplace Users: Earn $150 after your host referral completes their second turnover with a Turno Marketplace cleaner.
Paid Subscriptions: Earn 20% of the host’s subscription plan fee (monthly or annual) for up to one year.
What do my referrals receive when they use my link?

Do I need to be a Turno user to join?
No, anyone can join the Turno Affiliate Program. Whether you’re a current user, a fan of the platform, or simply connected to hosts and property managers who could benefit from Turno, you’re welcome to join. While using Turno yourself can help you share authentic experiences, it’s not required to start earning commissions.
Can I promote my Turno Affiliate link on social media, websites, or email?
Yes, absolutely! We encourage you to share your Turno affiliate link across all your platforms, including social media, your website, blog, podcast, newsletter, or even direct messages to fellow hosts. Spread the word, grow your community, and watch your network turn into a paycheck.
How and when do I get paid?
Commissions are sent via PayPal. Payouts are available within three business days of conversion. For monthly subscriptions, you’ll receive 20% each month for up to one year.
How long do I have to get credit for a referral?
Turno uses a 90‑day cookie window. If someone clicks your affiliate link and signs up within 90 days, you receive credit. There’s no time limit on when the commission itself can be paid once the conversion event occurs.
What counts as a "conversion" for each plan?
The referred host must complete two Turno Marketplace turnovers; your commission is paid after the second clean. Or, the referred host must purchase a paid subscription (monthly or annual) after any free trial period ends.
Are there any restrictions on referrals?
Yes. Each referral must be a new, active Turno customer who provides valid payment for a qualified purchase. See the affiliate agreement for full terms.
Where can I track performance and find promotional assets?
Log in to the Affiliate Portal to view clicks, referrals, and commissions. You’ll also find ready‑to‑use promotional images, banners, and social copy, plus the Turno Brand Guide to keep your content on‑brand.
Why does my dashboard show $0.00 commission for a referral?
This can happen if the host is still in their 14‑day free trial and hasn’t purchased a subscription yet.
Or, if the host has completed zero or only one Marketplace turnover and hasn’t reached the second clean needed for the $150 payout.
