● Chibi commission : full upfront payment
● Payment through BCA / QRIS (local)Revision
● my revision policy is 1 time at the sketch stage and 1 time at the finished (color revision) stage.
●The Flow of Commission : Payment > Sketch > sketch Revision (optional) > Color & Render > color Revision (optional) > FINAL
● If the Client fails to respond within 3 days after the Artist has requested feedback, approval, or additional information, the Artist reserves the right to proceed to the next stage process at their own discretion.Deadlines and Delivery
● 2 weeks delivery after payment received.
● If the commission slots are full, your commission request will go to waitlist. I'll notify you about this through email or your preferred contact method.Use
● Use for NFT or AI tools/platforms/programs or AI/ML training are strictly prohibited.
● Modification / alteration of any stage of the artwork (final and progress update) are prohibited
● Personal Use commission : can be used as social media icon, header, personal collection, non-commercial merchandises, and other non-monetized use with no transferable usage rights.
● Monetized Use (non-merchandising) : can be used on monetized platforms such as live streams, videos, podcasts, or any other revenue-generating online media with no transferable usage rights.
● Commercial Merchandising Use : for advertising, or branding use including but not limited to printing the Artwork on physical goods for sale (e.g., t-shirts, posters, mugs), using it as a company logo, trademark, or in major marketing campaigns (“Commercial Use”) with no transferable usage rights. These rights require a negotiated Commercial Merchandising License and a significantly higher fee.
● For monetized & commercial use, the Client warrants that the character design and reference material provided to the Artist are legally obtained and authorized for use by the Client. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring all provided materials are original and non-infringing. The Artist is not liable for any infringement arising from materials supplied by the Client.Intellectual Property Rights
● The Client agrees to credit the Artist as "Art by Tydir" or "@tydirart" whenever displaying the work in a reasonable and visible manner.
● As the artist, I retain all the copyright and IP rights to the work, the rights to display the artwork in my portfolio or for other promotional purposes.
● As the artist, I'm allowed to post the commission process and result anytime in any media. Please kindly inform me if you need an NDA, additional privacy fee +100% from the base price incurredDo's and Don'ts
● Will do : OC, Fanart, anime style, real person, Kemonomimi
● Will not do : R-18 / NSFW, Gore, Mecha/Robot, Furry, Sensitive topics, Politics, Fetishes, Bara
● The Artist reserves the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other reasons.Communication

How does this work?
● Order a digital artwork commission (choose the art styles from the list above)
● Choose your physical merch.
Note : The merch pictures displayed below are provided solely as examples of physical merch form (such as shape and material), and not intended to represent the art style.
● Total price includes digital artwork commission price + physical merch addition price
● Allow an additional 10 work days time for merch production.
● Physical merch can be picked up at upcoming Convention or delivery through Shopee / JNE.My next convention : -
