For three decades, I thrived in the world of project management—a career dedicated to meticulous planning, optimizing processes, and achieving ambitious goals.


My focus? Making the journey as smooth as possible for everyone involved. Whether streamlining complex projects or empowering teams with organization and clear processes, I’ve always sought efficient and effective solutions that make the complex simple.


Then, in January 2024, my wife and I embarked on our own challenging project: transitioning to a whole food, plant-based lifestyle.


What we expected to be a simple shift quickly became a frustrating maze of confusing information and time-consuming research. Just figuring out what to eat took hours each week.


It was disorienting, disheartening, and frankly, we made a lot of mistakes. But through those missteps, we learned invaluable lessons.


That’s when it clicked. I realized I could apply the same project management principles I’d honed over 30 years to help others navigate this often overwhelming transition.
