Both the Abbotsford and Chilliwack libraries have study rooms that can be booked for your study group. Be sure to read through our policies on booking, cancellations, and conduct.

Start by choosing a location:

To book and claim your group study room:

1. Use your UFV student email address (e.g., jane.doe@student.ufv.ca) to reserve a group study room.
2. You will receive an email verifying your request; you must respond to it within 15 minutes to complete your booking (make sure to check your spam or junk mail folders if you don't see it). If you do not respond, the booking will be cancelled, and the time slot will be freed for others to reserve.
3. If you do not check in within 10 minutes of the start of your reserved time, the booking may be cancelled and the time slot freed for others to reserve.
