Advisory Services Program
For 75+ years, the Advisory Services Program pairs the brightest minds in real estate with the most challenging problems facing our cities. By providing strategic advice to communities and organizations on a wide variety of real estate and land use challenges, panelists play an essential role by offering professional expertise to develop creative and practical solutions.
UrbanPlan
UrbanPlan volunteers support a realistic, engaging exercise in which participants—high school students, university students, or public officials—learn the fundamental forces that affect development in our communities. Volunteers help participants learn about challenging development issues, complex trade-offs, and fundamental economics when proposing realistic solutions to vexing growth challenges.
Product Councils
Product Councils provide ULI Full Members the opportunity to engage with a small group of diverse, industry leaders and policymakers spanning every sector of real estate. They convene a few times throughout the year to debate and discuss industry trends in a confidential, collaborative environment. Through the candid exchange of information and sharing of best practices, Product Council members gain lifelong connections with fellow industry leaders and support each other in their businesses.
