About.
As the second son of the village chief of a remote village, Hiiro grew up in the shadow of his older brother, Rinne Amagi, who ran away from home to become an idol. As it was his duty to become his future aide, Hiiro went to the city to bring Rinne home so that he can take over the role of village chief after their father fell too ill to continue.
Hiiro's archetype is 'an idiot, for better or worse'. He is naive, 'pure' and straightforward, quick to speak his thoughts without holding back. He acts before he thinks, and because he is ignorant of modern society, does a lot of things no one understands but him. He also ends up being extremely curious and open to new discoveries, making him an excellent student in the classroom and in life. However, when things are too strange for him, he can be easily scared or wary of them. He is friendly and kind for the most part, but has no qualms about fighting others if his loved ones are being threatened or harmed.

Backtagging. Yes to an extent. If the thread has gone on for months or is going nowhere, I'll probably drop it unless it is plot-relevant. I also prefer focusing on one or two threads at a time and will drop CR that continuously starts and drops threads on me, regardless of their relationship.
