Registration for 2025/2026 Fall/Winter/Spring Sports
Registering for sports:
- In order for students to participate (tryouts and/or practice), the following MUST be completed. Students who do not take care of all items are not permitted to play. Students MUST:
- Complete a PIAA physical form (Sections 5 & 6 only) stamped by a doctor for the first sport of the school year. This form is available on BigTeams and must be authorized by a doctor after May 1, 2025. PIAA physical forms must be submitted in one of the following ways:
- Uploaded on BigTeams.
- Emailed to Brian Rush, Athletic Director (brush@cbsd.org)
- Complete a PIAA recertification form (Section 7 only (completed by a parent for all additional sports of the school year. This form is available on BigTeams and must be submitted in any of the ways listed above.
- Register for the appropriate sport via BigTeams accessible through the Unami Athletics website.
Tentative/Approximate Start Dates (subject to change)
Fall Sports: September 3
Girls Basketball: November 10
Wrestling: November 17
Boys Basketball: January 20
Spring Sports: March 23
