Работая с несколькими проектами, у меня… имеется данный опыт и я готова поделится с ним тем, кто только начинает или думает интегрировать в свой бизнес телефонию.Сразу хочу сказать тем ,кто в погоне за якобы дешевой ценой и независимостью, начитавшихся разных форумов в интернете, хочет установить себе на сервер Asterik и т.д. ,сразу выкидывайте эту идею с головы, нормально работать не будет.Мой вариант для экономистов, свой шлюз+ Nextel.Сейчас я остановилась на данной компании, так они могут предоставить:- простоту и удобство;- расширенный функционал пользовательского интерфейса (для самых исзашренных);- компания готова работать как с малым бизнесом, так и с большими проектами;- вводят приятные плюшки.read more

Работаем с Nextel 2 месяца. Из плюсов:1. Интуитивный понятный интерфейс. Много функций, различных настроек на любой вкус.2. Быстрая реакция техподдержки, менеджеров на проблемы и вопросы. Очень вежливые, оперативные –… тут 100 баллов.Из минусов:1. Нет оценок пользователей качества работы операторов, но обещали сделать.2. Может конечно т.к. все настраивали, но были и пока есть сбросы, тишина на линии. Сбои бывают, но тоже оперативно исправляютread more

Пользуемся уже пол года.Случались проблемы на линии, но они были по вине мобильного оператора, а не АТС. Сам подход компании к сотрудничеству очень нравится: круглосуточная служба поддержки, индивидуальный подход к… каждому клиенту. Регулярные оповещения об обновлениях и удобных функциях иногда очень полезны, не дают пропустить что-то важное. Nextel постоянно что-то дорабатывают, улучшают, внедряют, более того, нередко учитывают наши пожелания в модернизации системы. Сам функционал АТС довольно удобен и разнообразен, за что вам +дополнительную звезду.read more
