USJF publishes studies and reports on topical issues and distributes them free of charge to opinion leaders, students and the general public. These reports include in-depth investigations into National Public Radio’s bias during the 2024 campaign; recent proposed legislation to give statehood to Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico; concerted attempts to pack the Supreme Court; and the abysmal record of the Biden Administration.

USJF has contributed directly and indirectly to support legal efforts in many celebrated cases involving fundamental conservative principles.  In the last year, USJF has filed amici brief with the Supreme Court, to keep Donald Trump on the primary ballot (Trump v. Anderson), and to protect his presidential immunity (Trump v. United States).  In both cases, USJF contributed persuasive legal briefs that prevailed in the highest court of the land.

USJF has also filed briefs in federal appellate courts, including support of the terrorist travel ban (Hawaii vs. Trump), state’s rights in limiting the effects of illegal immigration (Brewer vs. Arizona Dream Act Coalition), First Amendment religious rights of private businesses (Masterpiece Cake vs. Colorado Civil Rights Commission), protection of Fourth Amendment rights in limiting warrantless searches of cell phone data (Carpenter vs. United States) just to name a few.

USJF also has a robust record in preserving election integrity in the past year, successfully preventing the city of Santa Ana, California from submitting to its voters biased ballot measure language that promoted non-citizen voting, and our subsequent successful opposition to the non-citizen voting ballot measure passing.  USJF held the Biden administration accountable, winning its case against the Biden Administration’s State Department for not disclosing documents detailing Hunter Biden’s meetings with State Department officials while Biden was Vice-President.
