Where can I suggest features?
We are interested to hear what features you want to see. Share them with us over on our features board.
How do I delete my account?
You can request for your account to be deleted from within the app.
Simple go to the menu, and choose settings.
Inside there is an accounts section, with a “delete account”.
Tap it and confirm you want to delete your account and all data.
This will put you on a 30 day countdown. You can cancel the process at any point.
We are just putting our systems in place, so at the moment it will then be a manual final step for our admin team to delete your data and account. We aim to complete this within 14 days of account expiration.
If we have managed to really upset you, then please reach out to support@vankit.app and we will figure out something quicker.
