noob Q&A

prob quite simple, but using multiple forms in VB.net, how do you load a specific form? i.e. got a menu on the startup form, but can't get the menu buttons to then load the desired form...
tried using classes then calling the classes instead of the form directly, but still can't figure it out.
any suggestions?
