I realise I might come across as somewhat of a dimwit posting this, but please do bear with me.

i am trying to create a survey using visual basic editor. i'm doing this via microsoft powerpoint. i'm cool with the userform and option buttons. now my questions are:

1. how do i get the userform to run when the ppt file is opened? right now when i open the ppt i just get a blank presentation but when i go to tools->visual basic editor my code is all there.

2. since this is a survey, i need to get the answers to the survey questions saved. How can i insert an "ok" button that will save the selected responses to my ppt file?

this is pretty urgent. i really appreciate any help i could get.
