Is the price recurring?

Yes, you will receive the service for the duration advertised and a new invoice will generate 7 to 30 days before the next due date, allowing you to extend the service. If you have store credit, a credit card, or PayPal account on file, we will attempt to automatically renew, usually 72 hours in advance to allow time in case your card fails.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel at any time, no questions asked. Just remember to put in the cancellation request using the self-serve cancellation button on your service details page, before it renews.

Are there any other fees?

Please check our fee schedule below for other pricing, such as additional bandwidth, blacklisting fees, suspension fees, and premium support. If you abide by our terms of service and stay within your bandwidth limit, there are no other fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Alipay, and cryptocurrencies through Coinbase. 

What’s your refund policy?

For your first VPS purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days, no questions asked. Dedicated servers, domain names, store credit purchases, and service additions are non-refundable. We may also extend the refund period up to 30 days for annual services in cases where there is an issue with your service, but this is not guaranteed.

How do I renew my service?

Wait until the next invoice is generated. This will be 7 days before your service expires for monthly services, and 30 days for annual services. Then, you may pay the invoice and the service duration will automatically extend — no need to contact us.

Is activation instant?

For virtual private servers, activation is generally instant unless our automated system finds an issue with your payment details. For dedicated servers and domains, activation is manual and may take longer.
