cum laude. Still don't have my exact marks though. They'll be arriving somewhere begin next week.
Interestingly enough, one of my professors said that the reason why we didn't get magna cum laude (contrary to those who just take commercial engineering without the IT) was because in our department they aren't that generous with marks.

Tomorrow I'm starting with my finals. Don't really feel like it, but I guess it can't be helped.
Only five though... and afterwards three weeks of vacation. Well, "vacation", since I'm a senior which means that I'll be working on my MSc. thesis. |

Last training before the holidays was like whooaaa! I swear I could lift a leg anymore after those 1.5 hours. The national strike, this Friday could have something to do with it. Apparently sensei had a bit too much energy for most of us to handle.
Usually warming up consists of us running some laps, jumping up and down and doing some static stretches. However this time it was more like: running laps followed by running from one end of the room to the other while doing some sort of exercise (mostly involving leg raises or kicks) ending with kicking pads all the time.
*sigh*
On the bright side though, it keeps me in shape and over time I can kick some real ass... if my left knee doesn't go bust before then. -_-; |

It's amazing to see how much flexibility a man can obtain in just a month. I decided to join a TKD club (taekwondo), because I thought it wouldn't hurt getting a bit more exercise.
In short: it's great. I've been stretching for nearly 3 weeks and I can already hit targets above my head. I'd say I can hit objects to a heigth of 180cm :D Well, with my left foot that is. The right is less developed, but we're working on that. Moreover I can throw roundhouse kicks. It even amazed me how easy it is, well yeah "easy".
Too bad exams are getting in the way nowadays, and the holidays, but in September I'll officially be a member of the club (they let me join a few classes for free, you know because my dad knows some fellows ;) ).
YAY!
