So.. I need your help. If you've seen digg.com you're familiar with the Web 2.0 version of slashdot-come-lately. I took this idea and using Pligg (an open source clone of digg.com) I've setup Politag.com as a way to aggregate what people are thinking are good news stories related to politics / world events etc..
If you run across something that you think is interesting, feel free to post it over at Politag.com. I'd like to get a fair amount of content on there prior to releasing it to, well.. digg.com and other sources to really try to draw people in.
My idea is that not only will it become a good resource to learn about whats going on, but will be a great way to take the pulse of what is important to people.
I've just set it up tonight, so there will be some significant changes coming shortly.
if you'd like to get involved, just lemme know, I'd welcome the help.

Ok.. so tonight was the Ray Lamontagne show at the Roxy. for those of you not in the know, Ray is a 31 year white guy old singer songwriter that has more soul than a Nike factory. His CD "Trouble" is probably one of the best albums I have EVER heard. Checked his show out tonight.. stayed a bit late to talk to him with my friend Ariana, mentioned that he shoudl come up to CJ's Landing (which as you all should know is my main drag).
turns out that he wants to come up.. we picked him up @ his hotel and brought him down. Hung out w/ him at CJ's for a few hour. Frigging shy as hell guy, but still.. great guy.
Talk about a good night... hanging out for a couple of hours with one of the best artists I've ever run across... still.. bastard was hitting on this girl I was digging on the past couple of weeks... only good part of that was she thought he was wierd...
all in all.. damned good night.

Life is never dull in your dreams
I suspect that kimchee (SP?? that azn cabbage dish they stick in a jar and bury for awhile), might just be one of the worlds longest running pratical jokes. And nope.. I haven't recently, or ever, been exposed to it.. was just a random thought

I'm beginning to wonder which cast member of predator is going to be the next governor of a US state. I bet Carl Weathers would do well.. he knows how to play both the good guy and the bad guy (as shown in rocky 1-4).. has a sense of humor (see his role as Chubbs over the past couple years in Adam Sandler flix) and knows all about war (Force 10 from Navarone)
