Ugh. Got sucked into Tumblr. Not good. Also, yeah, uni has been pretty much eating my soul for the past 9 months.

There's a fair few new things going on now. I'm now the head of the Lampeter cell of Historia Normannis, a Norman re-enactment group and President of the uni side of the society, which is much less fun times than just being the lady/knight of the group, let me tell you.

And I'll probably be able to dig up a picture or two of me if I can find one. Did a fairly good job of being unphotogenic enough for people not to take many of me.

Before that show, I went to a Viking Society (yeeeah, more re-enactment!!) show for St Patrick's Day in Swords, which is in the Dublin area. I have rather more pictures of me in that to put up.

So that's also going to be my summer, shows with Normannis, (although not exclusively Normannis shows because that was Whittington and apparently english Heritage gave the Magna Carta show to a viking group o.O), and I'll try to get pictures then too.

Busy, busy. Still packing, so I should probably get more leisure time in while I can. Training session at one!

So got past the Koenigsdorf section, finally. ( spoiler stuff I guess )

Also, aw yiss, got an interview tomorrow.

sadfd Nostalgia much. And now I want to read them all over again and then probably the Serrated Edge books as well.

Ohmanohman. They had Hawkbrother-themed stuff, folks. It's lucky I am as good as broke, because daa-amn. I would gladly delve back into the series and start writing my fancharacters again and I don't care how Mary Sueish they are I need this like burning. Rest assured, I will sleep on this though XD I have been known to make bad calls based on nothing but nostalgia before.

I am now sort of sad, but not really, that I reappropriated the pictures of one set of fancharacters for New Territories, but that was when I thought I would be getting no use out them. I shall have to do some reimagining I'm sure if I do end up doing a bit more of them.

And yes, I realise I am probably part of a minority (in my age group at least siiigh) who will admit to like/have liked these books maybe, but I don't give a fuck anymore XD I like what I like GDI.

New page over at Deadwalk/deadwalk, and then that's on hiatus, possibly for the rest of this week until I can a) focus on TotTM and b) getting some more pages storyboarded and made up to be released in a more timely fashion than the past couple of weeks have been.

Original supernatural horror/fantasy by moi, in between Tales of the Twin Moons stuff.

Comes with a panfandom crossover at macabreromansu, although it remains to be seen whether or not feedback is enough to make me start it up again.

RL happened but hardly any of it comes into this journal, so I'll just leave it at that 8P


Got into some new fandoms though. I adore Natsume Yuujinchou OMGyes. Finished watching all four series in about as many days (including nights).

But where is the fandom?! There's a few fics I've bookmarked on AO3, but there're less than 200 fics in the entire category. Not even going to venture into the Pit though, unless there are some rare gems people can rec me.


Tytania, similarly has no fandom I can find, although this one seems more obscure than NY. I love the Tytania family though and even though I like Fan Hyulick as well, I couldn't really choose a side as such. I'm not complaining though, because I love when an anime has these kinds of characters. Finished this anime in a day almost XD; I'm sorry, but whilst 26 episodes is still a respectable amount, for someone who is used to Gintama and One Piece and their insane amount of episodes, it seems really short.

A couple of weeks ago, I also finished watching Heroic Age, which was quite a nice series in all, I thought. Very enjoyable and with very little romance (a genre I am veeeery picky about) to get in the way of the main plot.

Began watching Mirai Nikki as well. Holy fuck, bitch is crazy and really, that's as much as I can say on that matter. Watching it with P-chan, so holding off on viewing by myself and maybe also because I don't really want to watch it on my own anymore so it came as kind of a relief when he wanted to see it too XD;

Taking a break now to get the prologue and at least half of chapter one scripted out, not to mention for S to get some pages out in preparation.


So, back to rereading/watching Natsume Yuujinchou for the hundredth time, because apparently I can't get enough of it seriously and waiting to see if any of my prompts over on today's fic_promptly's entry are gonna get filled.
