layout headers

Just the headers, for those who want them.

If you're thinking about using one of my layouts and putting all headers in a rotating image thingy, I advise taking the layout for "Loki 2". It's nothing but shades of grey, so no clashing color issues, and unlike Loki 1, the 2nd one doesn't have crap covering the header. Just a thought. You do what you want, of course.

I didn't make a layout for the last one. I don't quite like it, but maybe some of you do, so here it is anyway. I'm tempted to revisit the concept one day, but for now, I'm done with it.
