To the rescue...

I hurt my finger while trying to change a battery in the smoke detector. When I announced that I was bleeding my kids jumped into action. "I'll get the band aids!" Nathan called out. Then Laila added, "get her a princess one because she's a girl!"
These kids know what they are doing, band aids really do make everything better.

Teamwork

This boy is such a helper...sometimes too good. He vacuumed everywhere I vacuumed so it sometimes felt like a competition since both vacuums could not exist in the same spot.
