Hey all. I'm a newbie and wanted to ask a question:

I need hosting with php and a large amount of data transfer. I'm going to use my site as both a personal homepage as well as a gallery for my photography. Naturally, it will also host my pictures for off-site use. I'm looking for a budget host. Anyone have any recommendations? As always, the more features the better.
