pl/sql

not quite web development, but does anyone know pl/sql?
i need to write a procedure that takes a long-ass string and breaks it up into several lines, without breaking up words. i think i have to fiddle around with a bunch of INST and SUBST nonsense. just thought i would see if anyone has done this before, or has any pointers?
