can you help me?

my domain is at www.kimagestudios.com and i just signed up for a free server via www.spymac.com Recently I had been using a friend's server space and zoneedit to point the domain to that server. However, because I can no longer use the old server, I signed up for free space. My question is...how do i get my domain to point to the new server? Is anyone familiar with www.spymac.com or do you have any other suggestions for free server space?

I am unemployed currently and have no funds to purchase server space, and this site I'm building is for my photo business, so ANY and ALL help is greatly appreciated.
