streaming flash video

Hi, im looking to have a streaming movie load in Flash on a page a made in Dreamweaver. From what ive read I need to use the Flash video exporter to turn my .mov into a .flv. All of the tutorials im finding tell me to use the [Media Playback Component] and then drag the .flv into that. However I don’t want the user to be able to control the video id like it to just load and start streaming, any idea’s? Also if anyone has any input on how to add the flash content I will make into my Dreamweaver page that’s would be great. Thanks so much for the help!
