Mozilla vs, Internet Explorer

Hi

I made a website and i'm trying to make it both compatible with those two browsers.
I experienced not correct generation of pages.
In mozilla its all perfect but in MSIE its not.
its minor but I want a good looking website and not full of errors or wrong alignments.
Thats not showing that you're good at it.
Im using dreamweaver to build

first image is Mozilla:

2nd is MSIE 6

check the circles where the failures are

i dont get it and its pity that its such a troublesome.
can someone help me out? or do i just have to accept that the browser differences suck?
