Image spacing problems in IE

A friend of mine is designing a site and he's having a hard time with image alignment in IE.  The site is http://nexus.carleton.ca/~nug/ .  In Firefox, the NUG logo is flush with the side of the main border of the site, but in IE there's a few pixel gap between the image and the border.  I used to know how to fix this, I really can't remember anymore.  Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
