FTP Problems
Hello!
I signed up with Keenspace and they require you to use a FTP. This is the first time I've ever used FTP; all I've ever known is Tripod. I downloaded SmartFTP. ^_^ My problem is that even though I have run Ad-Aware, adjusted the timer and my firewall, I get the same error message. I checked the domain's name and even Googled the message, but posts with my problem either get replies that repeat the FAQ or nothing at all.
The error message is:
Socket connected waiting for login sequence.
An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.
I use Windows ME and have a Roadrunner cable modem. I've heard some people suggest a router, but I don't have one.
