Moving..

I'm considering moving my domain to a new server.
Does anyone know if http://www.freeservers.com is any good?
I'm considering either the "Value" or "Webmaster" packages.
[probly "Webmaster" because I need more than 2 subdomains]

I wasn't sure which community I could ask about this in...
I just wish I could find someone with experience using them as a host.
