Apache, Perl

I'm considering installing the Apache HTTP server on my Win2k machine (For the purposes of testing/debugging Perl scripts). I have ActivePerl installed already. What I'm wondering is: Can I configure something in Apache to point to my existing ActivePerl installation, or would I have to use mod_perl? (If this isn't the place to ask this, can anyone recommend a place?)

(The reason I'm looking at Apache is because it's the same server used by my hosting service; but if I put it on my own computer, I can get a look at error logs.)
