Advice please?

A couple of months ago somebody let me know that a person had text off my website, word for word.

I contacted that person and asked them to remove it. They asked if they could just give me credit and whined about how they didn't know where to find this information. (In case anybody is wondering, it's information about specific killer whales at Sea World parks.) I said no.

They took the site down, promising something bigger and better later. I went back.

They reworded my text slightly, moved a sentence here and there.

Can I do anything about this? It's still my text, just slightly reworded and some sentences have been moved from one paragraph to another. They have information on their page that come from my personal observations and won't be found anywhere else on the internet.

Oh, and what *really* kills me is today I got an email that asked me to "support" their site by linking to them. I hit "reply all" in a fit of rage and told everybody else they sent emails to that their site was just a copy of mine, and asked them not to support it either. It's low, yes, but man, I'm so peeved.

Anyway, so far they've ignored my second request (sent by email and messages on AIM) to remove my information. What do I do? It's a Geocities site, and due to past experience (namely people talking in a Yahoo group about how they were going to kill me, what they were going to do with my body, and the party they would hold afterwards and having Yahoo tell me more or less "Oh well") I get the feeling Yahoo just doesn't care.

Anybody have any experience with this?
