Problem: even though i have content="text/html; charset=windows-1251" specified, the browser loads the the western european charset by default.
top-left letter is supposed to be "Ч", but it loads as "x". you have to go to Encoding/Cyrillic(Windows) to make it look right.
anyone know why it happens and/or how it can be fixed? anyway to make sure the browser loads the text in the correct charset?
Issue #2: the box looks fine (40x45 pixels) in IE, but messed up in Mozilla, which doesn't seem to take the width/height arguments from my CSS. how can this be fixed?
