Perfectly level text

How can I make text boxes perfectly alligned? Meaning, everything reaches the very end of the other side, even if the word on the second line is shorter or longer than the word that is on the above line? Geez, I know that sounds vague, and I hope it make sense. I don't know the technical term for it.

Also, how do I wrap images around text?
