I've been given the chance to bid on a gov. contract wherein I would be producing an HTML version of a printed document. It would be to take a 32 page document, convert it to HTML based on the strict Government Website Guidelines (plain, clean markup, to fit a 450px width, generic, etc)
obviously validated HTML/CSS, etc.
The company who is making the original document is handling the Printed/PDF versions.
I'm not sure how much to bid on such a thing, anyone else have some experience at this?
