Need suggestions for reasonable domain (not web) hosts

I have several domains hosted with a particular company and I'm no longer happy with their service. I'm looking for a new registrar I can transfer my domains to that will allow me to do a URL redirect on each without charging me out the nose. I've got webhosting space elsewhere, so basically I just need to have the domain names hosted (with the URL redirection ability). Does this make any sense? Does anyone have any suggestions?
