it's the phantom tr> text...
*** cross posted among various web communities ***
I'm revamping this renaissance faire site - and I'm going through their interview section. I redid all 6 of them.
One of them: http://www.loopedatfaire.com/resources/interviews/bsm.html
is throwing me intro fits.
See at the top of the interview? In the dark blue border? See the text that says "tr>" ITS NOT IN THE SOURCE CODE AND I CAN"T GET RID OF IT!!
I used Firebird and viewed the selected text in the source - and it was there, but not in the actual HTML of the page.
It's not the way it was uploaded, since it happens when I preview the html file from my hard drive.
When I'm in Dreamweaver, it's not there - but as soon as I preview it, it is.
It happens cross platform and cross browser
I've grabbed the text from the title of the article to the last answer and put it in a duplicate of another interview without the problem - and it shows up again.
IT WON'T GO AWAY AND I CAN"T GET RID OF IT
I've gone through and deleted everything between the tags, and it's still there.
Please tell me I don't have to copy and paste every freaking block of text again...
help me...
PROBLEM SOLVED! (1:00 AM)
