Hoping this will be sooner rather than later but..

...I'm planning on moving my personal site, http://maryadavies.250free.com , to a paid server. (If you didn't guess, web design's more of a hobby for me.)

Thing is, I'd like to change the mail form script that I use to one that I'd host on the paid server once I make the switch. (as well as consolidate) Which comes to my question..Is there a way to stop spambots from using my mail form to get me with a new mailform script or something? I've been getting spammed out the wazoo lately from spammers hitting my mail form (Which I actually put in to stop spammers cold)...It's mostly gibberish but I'd really, really like to put in a script that is spammer-resistant or at least will at least partially foil spambots.

Thanks for any help. Also before you ask; I'm planning on going away from template and paste every page to SSI once I can go paid server..

Also before you ask; Since I tend to give some tech support/web page writing assistance on 250free's board, I do get free paid, but that only removes the ads and gives me more bandwidth. No fancy stuff. So I've never really learned how to write perl or PHP, tho I do know how to use perl scripts when I find them. ^^
