Webhosting Provider for Resellers

For starters, I know that this post doesn't exactly fit webdev but I figured that many people in this group could offer me some insight...

For a while now, I have been a reseller through a webhosting provider (Hosting Mattters). Recently, I have begun to experience numerous issues with connectivity to their servers. There has been little explanation as to why the servers are unreachable and any attempts to gain this information have met much resistance and finger pointing.

What I am looking for from this community is some recommendations of other web hosting providers that you may have worked with. The preference is that they would offer reseller services, but I can work around that if I need to.
