What do you do when you have tons of images when you are making a website for a client?

I have made websites for people, but only when they either had their own internal server where you can simply save it to the server, or, if they just wanted to use geocities, it was simple enough to upload the images one by one.

But what if you have rollovers out the arse and they don't have a server? When using geocities, even with a better account, you can only upload a few images at a time and there is no way to upload an entire folder at once.

What then?
