Question ..
Why does everyone seem to hate ColdFusion so much?

2 terms ago I was required to take a basic ColdFusion course for my degree..
I went in thinking it wasn't worthwhile because ColdFusion server is so expensive, it's proprietary, there isn't as strong of a dev community, etc...
....and I came out actually liking ColdFusion.

Given the choice between cfml and php/asp/jsp/zope I think I'd pick cfml...

Any a good reasons NOT to use ColdFusion?
