I'm new to this community and looking for suggestions.
I just started seriously freelancing fairly recently and am considering how to best record and manage my projects.
My instinct is to start a page in a notebook for each client and log all phone conversations, updates, etc., but I'm not sure if this is the best way. Do any of you have a method that you'd like to share, or recommend applications that are good for this sort of thing? I'm curious how other people go about this.
