WHAT the bloody hell? (X Posted in computergeeks)

My company is working with a web technology company, but we have had nothing but problems. They created this program that theoretically is supposed to make things user-friendly (I don't know what language they used, I forget), and, on their server and now on ours, I keep getting an error like this:
