People who thought they were good or not. Condemned. Face to face with sin. Stumbling over and over. Causing destruction. Unable to stop themselves. Knee deep in mud. About to drown. Now changed. Now sanctified. Now renewed. Exalt Christ Jesus our Savior, Friend, Redeemer, our source of life. Impurities filtered out and removed from hearts scarred by generations, by self, by spiritual forces. Helpless hearts changed, now able to receive the truth. Exalt Christ Jesus our Savior, Friend, Redeemer, our source of life. Polluted, filthy minds renewed day by day. Rising and setting on a pure Word. Living on a true Word. A Word that never returns void. Exalt Christ Jesus our Savior, Friend, Redeemer, our source of life. Unholy, aimless lives, consecrated, kept for a Creator who pursued over and over and over and over and over and over. Eyes opened; ears unblocked. Exalt Christ Jesus our Savior, Friend, Redeemer, our source of life. Every day running from the pit, where most sleep, word by word, step by step, seed by seed. Sowing to life. Exalt Christ Jesus our Savior, Friend, Redeemer, our source of life. A narrow path, only provided by an awe-inspiring Creator. Exalt Christ Jesus our Savior, Friend, Redeemer, our source of life. The righteousness of Christ from Christ through Christ our reputation. Exalt Christ Jesus our Savior, Friend, Redeemer, our source of life. New starts, new lives, new friends, new hearts, new minds, new goals, new desires, new bodies, new new new. Everything new. Exalt Christ Jesus our Savior, Friend, Redeemer, our source of life. May we decrease and He increase evermore.
