crush so much
we think they are bad,
losing and losing
'til 
we see 
sin on the floor,
lost,
discarded,

this a gift given
beautifully,
by the closest friend,

through faith, 
by God's grace;
through tests,
given out of kindness;

but also
through temptations,
from the biggest enemy.

Pearls formed by God's hands,
mollusks discarded,
the outer part separating us from God
lost.

Beauty
formed and shaped by God,
who created all,
reveals more of His glory,
and brings us closer to Him,
the best gift.
