When I chose Him, I chose a burial
But how did I die? 
After baptism
but much more during

the breaking and tearing down
the evidence of supernatural
many attacks
and many wounds
many stumbles.

But how did I die? 
After baptism
but much more during

the construction
the rebuilding in Christ
the realization of where worth lies
the humbling.

But how did I die?
After baptism
but much more during

 the renewal
of the mind
the replacement of junk entertainment
with spiritual nourishment
though much transformation occurred
much more remains.

And how about now?
Well, "I die daily."

please do not mourn these deaths
for they are cause for rejoicing. 

Do not look for my tombstones
nor waste money on flowers.
Do not try to dig me up
for you do not want those to resurrect.

please put on a wake and praise the Lord.
i must die to live in Christ.
