Drawing parallels with traditional sport while addressing the unique realities of esports, the session highlights how IF-level organizations contribute to global standards, institutional trust, and international legitimacy. It also examines why bodies such as the International Esports Federation (IESF) are essential in connecting national federations, publishers, cities, and public stakeholders into a coherent global framework.
