Hack4Humanity is an official event of the World Humanitarian Summit taking place on the 22nd & 23rd of May 2016. Hack4Humanity is an orchestration of hackers, developers, entrepreneurs, and humanitarian leaders that will convene in Istanbul during a 24 hour hackathon.
The objective of Hack4Humanity is to co-create inspiring and unique solutions leveraging innovation, technology and multidisciplinary problem solving to respond to the refugee crisis.
Hack4Humanity in Istanbul will be the launchpad of a global online solution hub. All solutions that emerge out of the Summit will be extended to a worldwide hacking community to be further developed and featured during the UN General Assembly. This will ensure that the united efforts of participants everywhere will result in a direct benefit for refugees.
