Merry Christmas to all!

We are spending Christmas with Grandma and Grandpa Wilde and having a wonderful time. Christmas Eve and Christmas morning was fun with Lincoln this year since he is more aware of everything that is going on around him! He got lots of toys, a toy dog, books, clothes, and even reindeer pjs! He was excited once the presents were opened, but we still had to help him open them up. It has been so much fun for Lincoln and for us too!

Here comes Santa!

It's beginning to look alot like Christmas!

Lincoln had so much fun "helping" decorate the tree. He thinks it's fun to put the ornaments in the tree, as well as some of his toys! He is obviously so much more aware of Christmas this year, we've had fun seeing lights with him and even going into stores. His eyes get big, and he repeats "ooh, awe!"

Mr. Independent...

Lincoln is finally 21 1/2 lbs which means he's ready for a bigger carseat. The same day he went in his "big boy" carseat, he decided he wanted to feed himself. I tried to help him a couple of times and he pushed my hand away. He's continued feeding himself since. It's a little messy, but he's doing a good job. He even insists on putting his bowl and spoon in the sink after he's done! Also, his other front tooth finally broke threw (you can see in the last picture)!

It's football time!

Lincoln suddenly decided that he loves football! He started throwing this little orange football around and laughs everytime. I would grab it occasionally and he would run to me and tackle me down. He's all boy!

Fall Fun

Lincoln had so much fun walking in the park and hearing the leaves crunch. He kept laughing to throw the leaves in the air.

Lincoln is having lots of fall fun...he picked out some good pumpkins while in Utah visiting Gramma and Grampa Watts...most of the pumpkins were as big as he is!

boys will be boys

Lincoln loved being outside...I can't think of a better first birthday for this little boy than to be outside, playing in the dirt and splashing in the water.

We went hiking....it was a wonderful day. It's amazing to think of how this little boy has grown and changed through out the last year!

Happy 1st Birthday!!!

We went camping in the Grand Tetons for Lincoln's first birthday. It was his first time camping and absolutely loved it. He loved playing in the dirt and picking up the pinecones.

now in Idaho

We have now been in Idaho for just over a month. It is a relief to have the moving stresses over and be able to focus on the fun part...settling in and decorating our new home.
