About WINGS Stiftung

WINGS Stiftung, also referred to as WINGS Foundation, operates as a not-for-profit foundation headquartered in Zug, Switzerland. The foundation exists to fulfill the WINGS vision and its mission statement. Zug offers a neutral, fair and internationally connected juresdiction with strong fiduciary controls and a well functioning legal system.

WINGS Stiftung is managed by the Foundation Council. This elite group of professionals further expand their expertise by delegating certain decisions to committees, management and advisors.

The Foundation Council decides all the management aspects of the Foundation. In order to pursue its R&D objective the Board engages a broad range of developers and organizations while activities such as communications and advocacy rely on internal resources.
