Registration for the 2026 Spring Conference is OPEN!

We are thrilled to announce that this year, the Western MA EMDR board is partnering with Mark Nickerson to bring in distinguished trainer, researcher, writer, and therapist Dolores Mosquera to our local community. Dolores will offer a full-day training on Friday, April 3rd. She will then deliver the keynote address at our traditional Saturday conference the following day, April 4th; the rest of that day will feature our usual fantastic local talent.

OUR MISSION

The Western Massachusetts EMDR Network, Inc, is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating psychotherapists about the integrative therapeutic approach known as EMDR therapy and enhancing access to EMDR therapy via corporate activities, thereby ensuring the availability of this therapeutic modality to people who have experienced disturbing life events.

Dorothy Carlo Memorial Scholarship

Dorothy Carlo was the wife of George Abbott, Ph.D., a WMass EMDR member, WMass EMDR conference speaker, and EMDR Senior Teacher. Dorothy passed away in December of 2014. George created a scholarship in her honor, which is used to offer full funding to BIPOC therapists to attend the annual Spring Conference every year. This scholarship is sustained by community members like you.
